Return & Refund Policy

At Prime Essentials, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care or health products
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at primeessentials.management@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
